Wintery scenes

I took these shots last week, not in the UK, though listening to the weather forecast tonight we could very well be waking up to snow and frost, just like this in the alps. The early morning grey valley mist contrasts with the snow and hoare frost; the image colours are completely natural and almost seem like the photo is in greyscale. Taken with a Nikon D2x and 16-85mm wide angle lens. Exposure + 0.7. WB set to Auto and ISO 200.
