Nine Brent Geese showed well extremely close to the shore, between St. Michael's Mount and Marazion. They seemed quite content to rest on the high tide no more than a few yards off the shore allowing extremely close photography.
I agree, the ones in the surf are excellent and would win many a photo competion as they show a different behaviour rarely seen nevermind caught on camera. Well done. Henry.
